What to include

• The e-mail address of your Skembo account, so we can find it.
• For a payment question: the payment reference (for a mobile-money payment, your transaction reference) and the date.
• For a data request (access, correction or deletion): say so, and write from the e-mail address of your account.

How we reply

Support requests are handled by e-mail, one at a time. Please never send a password, a validation code or a card number: we never need them.
